I am back somewhat infrequently to Deviant art.  I expect of post more photos in the future. 

Well I havn't been keeping up to date with DA lately but will try to do better.  I do have some photos to post so will attempt to do that soon.  In the meantime best wishes to everyone.

It is now spring in western Canada and things are starting to grow at last.  Due to the amount of snow fall during the winter many parts of Saskatchewan and Manitoba are flooded which creates a lot of problems.  Fortunately Manitoba has a lot of water controls, especially the Shellmouth dam, the Portage la Prairie and Winnipeg flood diversions.  The Winnipeg floodway is the largest in the world and far surpases the Suez Canal in size and the amount of water it processes.  

I hope to start producing more photos to post and of course there are always some still to post.  I must admit that I have been lazy in doing this for some time.

Many thanks to those that have faved me and also to those which I have enjoyed watching and faving as well.

It has been a busy summer and fall and I haven't had a lot of time to post any new photos.  
I made a trip to our nation's capital, Ottawa, this summer so will try and post photos from that trip.
Winter in around the corner in my part of the world and so outdoor photography is somewhat more difficult to do, however there are lots of other photographic opportunities to persue which I am considering.

Spring is long past and now this part of the world is in the depth of summer. We have had quite a lot of rain, at least for our area and now lots of hot days.  Usually the humidity is relatively low so the air is dry and if it is hot it isn`t unbearable.  I have done a fair bit of photography but have not taken the time to upload some of the pictures to dA.  That will come but right now I have been quite busy so be patient.
